The OptimalBody Training Program for MS (the “Program”)   is primarily an educational resource and is not intended to take the place of the advice and recommendations of a physician or physical therapist.

If you suspect you/ the client have a health problem or more severe complications as a result of your MS progression, please seek the services of a physician or healthcare professional.

As new research and clinical experience broaden our knowledge in fitness which includes exercise and nutrition, changes in fitness and exercise and nutritional programs will change as well. I have checked with resources I believe to be reliable in my effort to provide information that is complete and generally in accord with the medically based fitness standards accepted at the time of this website’s creation.

However, in view of the possibility of human error or changes in exercise science, neither myself (the author) nor any other party who has been involved in the preparation or publication of this work warrants that the information contained herein is in every respect accurate or complete, and they are not responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information.

Members are encouraged to confirm the information contained herein with other sources.

By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect:

YOU AGREE:  that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services and/or other materials, made available on the Site by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing, (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by [OPTIMALBODY, LLC], (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third party providers. You agree that such Company Content shall include all proprietary videos, HTML/CSS, Javascript, graphics, voice, and sound recordings, artwork, photos, documents, and text as well as all other materials included in the Site, excluding only the materials you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, the Company hereby grants you a limited license, which is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable, to access, view, and use the Site solely for your personal purposes.

No Company Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, used for public or commercial purposes, or downloaded in any way unless written permission is expressly granted by the Company. Modification of the Content or use of the Content for any other purpose is a violation of the copyright and other proprietary rights of the Company, as well as other authors who created the materials, and may be subject to monetary damages and penalties. Refunds: Our monthly membership plan is backed by our 30 day money back guarantee. Please email us at info@obpfitness.com to request a refund or if you need help cancelling your membership. Also if you are an active member you can visit https://obpfitness.com/members-dashboard/ and click (?) HELP should you need assistance cancelling or any other support. Our three-month, six-month and annual memberships are non refundable purchases. As part of committing and pre paying either three-month, six-month or annually you have received a significant discount upfront. You can cancel your current plan once the billing date is set to renew or you can upgrade to a different plan for additional discounts.

Cancelling: Should you decide to cancel your membership at/or around the date of your renewal you will immediately lose access to the OPTIMALBODY MS PRIVATE MEMBERS GROUP community. However, you will still have full access to your www.obpfitness.com membership site until your actual membership date expires. To cancel your membership, login to your account and visit https://obpfitness.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/ then click on your active subscription and click on the “Cancel” button. You may also turn off auto-renewal by turning off the “Auto Renew” switch.

USAGE: The exercises in this community are designed to help those affected by MS symptoms. Each program is designed for the PERSONAL USE of those diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. This material may not be used in privately or corporately held medical, physical therapy, fitness instruction, yoga, pilates, or massage therapy practices without the written consent of OPTIMALBODY, LLC.

Delivery of the OptimalBody Training Program for MS, and all the exercise and movement instruction in OptimalBody Personal Fitness or OptimalBody MS Fitness is the intellectual property belonging to David Lyons and OPTIMALBODY, LLC . Usage of this information is subject to copyright and may not be reproduced without the consent of David Lyons and OPTIMALBODY, LLC.

All Content, such as text, data, graphics files, videos and sound files, and other materials contained in the Site, are copyrighted unless otherwise noted and are the property of the Company and/or a supplier to the Company. No such materials may be used except as provided in these Terms of Use.

MEDICAL, HEALTH, FITNESS, ALTERNATIVE HEALTH, AND ALLIED HEALTH PRACTITIONERS MUST AGREE TO THESE TERMS: If you are a health care provider, fitness instructor/trainer, yoga instructor, pilates practitioner, movement specialist, body worker, massage therapist, acupuncturist, wellness coach, wellness director, life coach, chiropractor, physical therapist, physio, kinesiologist, exercise physiologist, physician, physicians assistant, nurse, nurse practitioner, this site and the content delivered and contained within are for PERSONAL USE ONLY and to aid you in helping you clients. IF you were accepted into OPTIMALBODY or the OptimalBody Training Program for MS or granted access (whether by purchase or not) to any content written and distributed by OPTIMALBODY LLC, you must obtain written consent by David Lyons to distribute, teach, or reproduce ANY content.

Workout Log Tutorial

Step 1.

Click on the training method tab up top to open the log for the training method that you are logging. Ex. “Contraction” for the Contraction Training program.

Step 2.

Fill out the fields according to your workout for that entry.

Day Number – The number for the day you are on for that training program.

Exercise Name – The name of the exercise completed.

Completed Sets – The total number of sets completed for that exercise.

Completed Reps – The total number of repetitions completed for that exercise.

Resistance/Weight – The weight amount or resistance band color that was used.

Difficulty – The difficulty for that exercise rated from 1 to 10.

To add another exercise to the entry, click on “+ Add another exercise” button below.

To add the next day’s entry to the log, click on the “+ Add another day” button below.

Step 3.

Click the “Update Log” button to update your progress. *Progress won’t save if you don’t.*

To collapse/expand an entry, click on the blue arrow on the right corner.

To remove an entry, hover over the entry number title and click the “Remove” link next to the title.
