Day 3 legs done. That was tough. I have one of those legs that wants to turn inwards and the first two exercises were really difficult but I ploughed through. The calves were also very hard, I ended up doing them on the floor instead of a step because it gave me more control. I can still feel my left leg, weakest, burn.
