Yes, Vince, you can do the exercises one arm at a time at this stage for you. You need to “teach” the arm what you want it to do. And seated good mornings are effective, done correctly. I do them on the alternative leg day but you can also do them for your back seated if you focus on that movement and not the hamstring stretch. It’s where you focus the thought during that exercise that will change the muscle it primarily works.
