    The videos post daily. And yes ONE leg workout per week just like all the other body parts. There is a BIG misconception based on other ineffective MS exercise programs that you need to work your legs constantly. The problem is no one sees results from that!! Your legs need to recover and if you are training them hard enough, like in this boot camp, the one workout per week will stimulate what it should. But you must give 100% effort in every workout…not 80 or 90%. Your legs need time to recover and reap the benefits of the OptimalBody training. Less is more when training with intensity and with complete focus.
