I cannot move my left arm, so have to use my right arm to direct it and help hold the dumbbell. Is it ok for me to do exercises using right side only, and then repeat using left side assisted by right? Is this the most effective strategy?
Also, Day 2 Exercise 2 (Good Mornings) was too difficult for me in a standing position. Can the objectives of this exercise be successfully completed from a seated position?
